I can't believe how unsafe the loft was for small children!!! The balusters were way too far apart, almost a hazard!!! And no television in that area was quite disappointing. It left us feeling a bit bored!!!

We got 1 night in this truly exceptional and enchanting hotel, appreciated it. The location of this venue just next door to hiking, Boone and Blowing Rock, and Blowing Rock was great. Also, a Moses h. Cone mansion was 4 miles away from the property. Overall rooms were great-sized and fairly quiet and had an iron with ironing board, a fireplace, and a couch bed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; and there was a tub.

location: the hotel was just off the parkway and downtown blowing rock, nature and calmness and a beautiful area. the atmosphere created was family. the family room was spacious, i felt like at home.

i had an amazing stay in blowing rock for our anniversary. the setting was beautiful, especially with the warm water and comfy living room. it truly exceeded my expectations with the cozy fireplace and lovely surroundings.
the pillows were not comfortable at all.
